Terms and Conditions for Epic Yatra (epicchardhamyatra.com)

1. Refund Policy:
   • Refunds will be processed as per the shared tour itinerary.
   • All refunds are subject to our shared terms and conditions.
2. Communication & Contract:
   • Please carefully read all emails and understand the contents and pricing.
   • All email communications will be considered part of the contract once the booking is confirmed.
3. Personal Belongings:
   • Guests must take care of their belongings before leaving the vehicle or hotels.
   • The company is not responsible for any loss of personal items.
4. Identification Requirements:
   • As per Indian Government regulations, all Indian and foreign nationals must provide valid identification upon check-in.
   • Acceptable IDs include Passport & Visa (for foreign nationals), Voter ID, or a valid Driver’s License with a photograph.
   • Hotels/camps/accommodations may deny stay if valid ID proof is not provided. The company holds no responsibility for such issues.
5. Accommodation Policies:
   • Many hotels provide extra mattresses instead of extra beds for additional guests. If a bed is preferred, inform us in advance before booking.
   • Some hotels/resorts do not have lifts; inform us in advance if you require accessible accommodation.
   • Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs, and check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out may incur extra charges unless included in the package.
   • Some hotels charge extra for room heaters or Wi-Fi, which must be paid directly at the hotel.
6. Meal Policies:
   • If meals are included, they will be served as a set buffet or fixed menu. Items outside the set menu will be charged extra.
   • Some hotels use a meal credit system during low occupancy. If meal expenses exceed the credit limit, guests must pay the difference directly to the hotel.
   • Room service and packed meals may incur additional charges.
7. Vehicle Policies:
   • In case of vehicle breakdowns, we will arrange an alternative as soon as possible for major issues. Minor issues will be repaired promptly.
   • AC will not operate in hilly areas or when the vehicle is stopped/parked.
   • Drivers are not permitted to drive in no-entry zones or narrow roads prone to traffic congestion.
   • Driver working hours are 12 hours per day. Additional hours must be arranged in advance.
   • In some hilly areas, driving after sunset or playing music is prohibited for safety reasons.
   • Pickup and drop-off locations must be specified at the time of booking; multiple pickups/drops require prior arrangement.
   • Parking areas may be located at a distance from sightseeing spots; guests are responsible for reaching the parking area at their own cost.
8. Itinerary & Sightseeing:
   • Tour destinations/routes cannot be changed without prior notice. Changes may affect tour rates.
   • Sightseeing points included in the itinerary will be covered; additional sightseeing or off-route locations require prior arrangement and may incur extra costs.
   • No refunds will be given for missed sightseeing points.
9. Unforeseen Circumstances:
   • The company is not responsible for delays, itinerary changes, or additional expenses due to natural disasters, flight cancellations, weather conditions, accidents, transport breakdowns, political unrest, strikes, or any similar events beyond our control.
   • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or disruptions caused by such circumstances.
10. Liability Disclaimer:
    • The company is not liable for accidents, injuries, deaths, or thefts of persons or property during the tour.
    • All services require full advance payment before confirmation. The company reserves the right to cancel services if payment is not received.
    • The company may modify the features or functionality of services without prior notice.
11. Legal Jurisdiction:
    • Epic Yatra operates under Indian jurisdiction and recognizes only the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
    • We expressly disclaim any implied warranties under laws outside India.
